1. Interpretation & Definitions
- Company: Refers to BIGZBE ("we", "us", or "our").
- Goods: Products offered for sale through our platform.
- Orders: A purchase request placed by you via the BIGZBE website.
- You: The individual or entity accessing and using our services.
2. Order Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your order within 2 days of receiving the goods, with no obligation to provide a reason.
To cancel your order:
- Send a cancellation request via email to: support@bigzbe.com
We will process your refund within 2 days of receiving the returned items.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- ✔ The item must be purchased within the last 14 days
- ✔ The item must be unused and in original packaging
Non-returnable items include:
- ✖ Personalized or custom-made goods
- ✖ Perishable items or those with a short expiry
- ✖ Unsealed items not suitable due to hygiene reasons
- ✖ Items mixed inseparably after delivery
We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the above criteria.
